See the Opportunity
Make an impact on our youths’ lives. And Connecticut’s prosperity.
Think about the power of investing in a child’s future—building the right foundation for them and their needs. Investing in a child’s growth and well-being cements the building blocks of their success in school and life.
We believe that education is that foundation.
Education transforms and empowers individuals, lifting entire communities to new heights.
Embrace the journey toward a brighter future, where investing in every person’s potential enriches us all. Everyone benefits.
At the Carver, we provide the kids with the resources they need to become lifetime achievers because of patrons like you. We equip and inspire the future workforce and families of our state.
By investing in education in Fairfield County, you directly enrich and develop the bright futures of countless children—for your community, for Connecticut, and for you.

Ny-Aja Boyd continues to develop her career in speech pathology while simultaneously achieving her dream of becoming an author.
Ny-Aja, a speech-language pathologist and author, credits Carver with broadening her horizons by allowing her to explore the world outside her local community. This empowered her to complete a college degree and publish a book.
"A dream is like a tiny seed in a person's life. A dream can become a reality if nurtured properly with attention, planning, and hard work."
Your donations support chances for kids like Ny-Aja to:
Attend and pay for some of the nation's most prestigious colleges and universities, including historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs)
Explore the world and become an author
Build relationships and give back to her community

Marcus Hooks is the founder of Six Love and the youngest member ever of the United States Tennis Association New England Board.
Marcus is the President and Co-founder of Six Love. This non-profit offers tennis programs throughout Fairfield County to young people, especially minority youth, to experience the sport's joys and benefits.
"I am determined to open the eyes of the younger generation to the sport that gave me such great joy and opportunity in life. Many schools are eager to award tennis scholarships to minorities, and if these kids keep playing and work at it, the opportunities they will get are amazing."
Marcus has been a part of the Carver community since he was in elementary school.
His dad, Coach Hooks, taught Marcus about tennis as soon as he could hold a racket.
